My name is Bijan. I have launched various successful web3 products. 2018
Senior Product Manager
I launched the live-streaming protocol, Livepeer's MerkleMine project, an onchain mining algorithm that ran on Ethereum during Livepeer launch. The Merklemining project ensured a wide distribution of LPT tokens at the time of the protocol's mainnet launch.
2018-2020
Head of Product
I was in change of the product team for the Harbor protocol project. Founded by David Sacks, Harbor was the compliance protocol for security tokens issued on Ethereum. Harbor was acquired by Bitgo in 2020 after raising $48M from several VCs such as a16z, Pantera Capital, and Craft ventures.
2020-2022
Head of Product
I joined as the first PM in the team. I organized testnets, launched the layer 1 chain on mainnet, built the protocol roadmap and product team, and developed a strong product development process for the team. Mina is the world's leader in zero knowledge cryptography and its applications in blockchains. I left the team after we raised $92M to grow the Mina ecosystem.
2022 - Present
Product Advisor
I'm advising Front on product strategy and product decisions. Front wants to enable Financial Institutions to provide their customers with access to crypto trading.
2023
Product Management Consultant
I helped Ulvetanna roll out a new agile and scrum based product development process.
2024
Grant for Hardware Decentralization
I developed an assembly process for the Orbs, allowing third parties, other than the project incubators, to assemble them. This paved the path for the first step of the decentralization of the project from a hardware perspective.
2024 - 2025
Chief Product Advisor
I built the product and engineering teams and launched testnet, developer API and docs, mobile app, telegram interface, and developed a roadmap to mainnet, resulting in ~4M Human IDs and ~5M daily transactions.
